Dr. Ghaith Alfakhry
A Syrian medical educationalist and academic, he is the founding director of AMES. He is an Oxford University graduate, Chevening alumnus and a holder of master’s in medical education from Syria.

Mustafa Absi
Holds a Master's degree in Laboratory Medicine from Damascus University. Former instructor at the Medical Institute – Damascus University. Medical software project manager
Rama Kodmani
Practicing dermatologist holding both the Syrian and Arab Board certifications. Medical education researcher with several published studies on the clinical learning environment in teaching hospitals.
