What We Do
Research and Policy Advocacy
We conduct independent and collaborative research addressing systemic challenges in health professions education — including language of instruction, academic assessment, the hidden curriculum, professionalism, and equity. Our findings are disseminated through peer-reviewed publications and policy briefs to influence national and institutional reforms.
We produce accessible, evidence informed content including
- infographics
- educational videos
live panels, and public debates to stimulate conversation, challenge harmful norms, and humanize the medical learning environment.
Awareness-Raising and Public Engagement
Capacity Building and Training
We deliver targeted workshops and longitudinal mentorship programs on:
- Formative assessment and student-centered evaluation
- Clinical supervision and feedback delivery
- Curriculum development and instructional design
Our pedagogical approach emphasizes co-learning and shared accountability between educators, students, and institutions.
We are committed to advancing knowledge sharing in medical education. Beyond publishing academic journal articles, we produce practical toolkits, open-access resources, and soon Syria’s first dedicated journal for health professions education. Our goal is to translate research into action, bridging the gap between academic inquiry and clinical practice.
